Semi-Private Coaching - 6-Week Training Program

Get the 1-on-1 training feel and put it into a virtual group experience as you work on yourself alongside a community of other like-minded women. This program focuses on Full-body strength and conditioning to help you build strength, burn fat, and improve your mobility with kettlebells, body weight, and bands. Plus you will learn my training secrets to find sustainable ways to keep off body fat, build strength, and learn how to use the kettlebell correctly and efficiently.
