EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • Light, medium and heavy Kettlebells

    • Kettlebells are required for all skill work (Swing, Cleans, Snatches)

  • Long resistance bands 

  • Mini bands

  • Bench or Aerobic Stepper (recommended)

  • Optional: dumbbells, barbells, and pull up bar

** This program can be completed at home or in a gym space. **

Develop a strong, sexy, and pain-free body while becoming a well-rounded athlete. All programming focuses on the essential movement patterns—Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Press, Pull, and Core—AND the foundational kettlebell skills —Swing, Clean, Snatch, and Turkish Get-Up.

Eat to Nourish

Food is fuel, nourishment, and enjoyment. Adopting an 80/20 approach, this philosophy encourages a balanced, sustainable mindset toward eating, free from restrictive or all-or-nothing thinking.

Train from Anywhere

You can achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your home or at the gym. All you need is a few kettlebells, bands, a bench or box, and a yoga mat. Optional equipment include barbells, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar.
