No, there are 8 different 6-week programs ran throughout the year, each with a different focus. Some programs will build on one another, but you’ll never repeat the same one.

The programs follow a 3-day workout split, with each session lasting about 30-45 minutes, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.

All live sessions are recorded and will be available in the OnDemand Library so you can access them at your convenience.

The membership is month-to-month with no minimum commitment, giving you the flexibility to stay as long as it fits your needs.
While there is no minimum commitment, I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND committing for at least 4 months before deciding to leave the program.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We’d absolutely hate to see you go! But you can cancel at any time within the Everfit app.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE:
To PAUSE your membership, please send your request to chelseakleroy@chelsealeroycoaching.com with the subject line "Membership Pause", your reasoning for the pause, and the timeframe of the pause. Please note: Pausing a membership can only be done in 1-3 month increments, no more than twice a year.
REFUND POLICY:
All Sales are FINAL, and NO REFUNDS will be issued out of respect for the work of the coach.
